Citron Telecare is only able to offer it’s medical services for patients in TEXAS who are older than 4 years of age.
Instructions on how to get care
1. After you have registered and verified your email address (check your Junk or Spam folder if you can’t find your activation link in your Inbox).
2. Go to Citrontelecare.com and click “LOGIN” and login into your account.
3. On “MY ACCOUNT” page, click MEDICAL (middle of the page).
4. On the Medical page, scroll to the bottom.
5. Click on “FIRST ADD YOUR MEDICAL INFORMATION”. Fill out the page and click “SUBMIT”. The Title will turn Green.
6. Click on “MY ACCOUNT” at top right again.
7. Click on MEDICAL (middle of the page) again.
8. On the Medical page, scroll to the bottom.
9. Click on “THEN CLICK HERE – I NEED MEDICAL CARE”. Fill out the page depending what your medical needs are. If you would like to have labs checked that are not listed, please type them into the MISC blank line. Then click “SUBMIT”.
10. Citron Telecare will receive the information and will contact you afterwards.
